Class Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class without penalty:

Cancel at least 4 hours before class start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit.
Memberships
Memberships are billed automatically unless canceled.
Members must request cancellation at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.​
Class Packages
Class packages:

Are non-refundable
-
Cannot be transferred or shared

Expire according to the package terms
Workshops, Events & Pop-Ups
Due to limited capacity:

No refunds are offered within 48 hours of the event.

Earlier cancellations may receive studio credit at management discretion.
Studio Rentals & Private Bookings
Rental or private session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive studio credit or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be granted in cases of:

Medical emergencies
-
Instructor cancellation
-
Severe weather closures
* Other circumstances at management discretion
