Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or attending activities at Alchemy Aerial Arts | Pole | Fitness (“the Studio”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Participation

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian sign a waiver.

  • Complete a liability waiver before participating.

  • Follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules.

Participation in classes and activities is voluntary and involves inherent physical risk.

Bookings & Reservations

All classes, rentals, workshops, and events must be booked through our approved booking system or staff.

Space is limited and reservations are first-come, first-served.

 

Memberships & Class Packages

 

Memberships and class packages:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be shared

  • May include expiration dates

  • Must be used by the registered participant

Membership benefits apply only while membership is active.

 

Studio Etiquette & Safety

To maintain a safe, inclusive environment:

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.

  • Follow safety instructions at all times.

  • Avoid attending class when ill or injured.

  • No alcohol or drugs before participation.

  • Remove lotions or oils prior to class for safety.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

 

Media Release

 

Classes and events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying staff in writing.

 

Personal Property

 

The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Schedule Changes

 

The Studio reserves the right to change instructors, class schedules, or cancel classes as necessary.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Participation in classes and activities is at your own risk. By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless the Studio, instructors, and staff from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

 

Policy Updates

 

Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updates.
