What does THAT mean?

The vibes are up to you!

Does your group take itself super seriously? We'll treat you to something similar to one of our regular weekly classes. 

Do you have zero clue what you're doing and simply showing up for the plot? We'll scream "AYE!" and hype you up while your friends hold you upside down in a handstand. 

No matter the vibe, each class includes:

• a warm-up

• intro-level instruction and ample modifications

• room to play and explore
