Reclamation For The Muvas Movement + Indentity Exploration

RECLAMATION is a guided journey back to your body through pole, sensual movement, and reflection. Rooted in embodiment, this workshop invites you to reconnect with your power, softness, and truth—beyond performance or external gaze.

Through intentional movement sequences, grounded floorwork, and intuitive exploration on and around the pole, you’ll be guided to release tension, awaken sensation, and move from a place of self-trust.

Journaling prompts are woven throughout to support identity exploration, emotional release, and personal reclamation—creating space to both honor and redefine your story.
