About the event
The New Moon is often associated with fresh starts, reflection, and planting seeds for the future. Through guided breathwork, the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, and intentional journaling, you'll have space to reflect on what you're ready to release, what you want to nurture, and what you'd like to invite into your life in the coming weeks.
During this experience, you will:
Experience a restorative sound bath designed to encourage relaxation and mindful presence.
Reflect on your intentions and put them into writing in a journal provided for you.
Leave with a renewed sense of clarity and a personal intention to carry into the next lunar cycle.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or sound baths is necessary. Simply come as you are, bring an open mind, and allow yourself an hour to rest and reconnect.
