About this class:
This class will introduce students to pole basics and technique fundamentals. If you are brand new to pole, this is the class for you.

Pole Class Policy
In order to participate in pole classes at Alchemy Aerial Arts, we ask that you adhere to the following: -Refrain from applying any lotions or body oils prior to class. These products will cause you to slip and hinder your ability to grip the pole safely. -Remove rings and other jewelry worn on the extremities. This protects our equipment as well as your jewelry. -Wear attire that exposes the necessary contact points (back of knee, sides, forearms, and armpits).
